They have great equipment at a price that is compatible to other laundry facilities. What is different from other places we have been is you have to use a card system that is unique to them.
The staff there was very helpful setting up the card so that I was not putting too much on it but it is still a card I will probably never use again.

I’ve come to wash my comforters periodically and this is the only laundromat I’ll go to! It is clean and nice inside. Not only that but the workers are so kind and very helpful. I had some questions that they were eager to answer and help me with. Wonderful experience!!

They have installed new machines and take care of their customers. I droped my laundry bag and the employees got it for me. Also the new card system is easy to use and takes some getting use to. Down side carring a nother card is not convent. Last thing is dryer always have heat unlike others in town that you pay a lot to get your clothes dry. Come down try it out you will see the difference one you visit the other laundrymats in town

Periodically, if I have something happen with my wash your dryer at home. I've had to go in use the laundromat here, and there's nothing I can say about this place that's negative. It's always clean, including the bathroom, which is a pretty big deal. Considering how many people does the public use it? There's a little space for kids to be able to play. The machines are doing clean. That's a big deal. I drive almost an hour to be able to use this laundromat, because the ones that are closer to me. I'm pretty sure should be reported to sanitation of some type, because it's so gross, and it constantly steals your money, because I don't kn, machines don't work and nobody ever shows up to fix them. Or you know, there's no number to even reach out to anybody to be able to get your money back. The laundromats up in Ottawa, are the worst Launch amounts I've ever been in living across the country. In my forty nine years, and I would never suggest to anybody ever go to either one of them. This place is absolutely 5 stars, so don't question. Whether or not your stuff is safe or whether or not you're safe because it's clean, friendly and works like a charm

My favorite laundromat in town. The attendants do a great job of keeping it clean. They have tvs, wifi, and play areas for kids. They also do a good job of letting you know which machines are out of order. The preloaded laundry card is helpful, too, as I don't like using my debit card in the machines.

I noticed their website didn't have current rates for the machines, so here they are.
Regular: $4.50
Double/2x: $5.25
Triple/3x: $7.25
Giant/6x: $9.75
Mega/8x: $12.75
Super Mega/10x: $14.75
Dryers: 25 cents for 6 minutes

Great washers and dryers. Clean. Decent prices. I do wish you could use the bathroom when the attendant is gone, but you have to have a code to get in.

Busy awesome Laundromat. Very helpful attentive staff member. I love that they condition the water before it enters the washers. The washers smelt clean no funk at all. They accept cash, credit card or Laundromat card. They take a deposit on your card until you are done. Prices seemed on the market. We highly recommend

It is always clean, most of the machines work on any given day, and the prices are reasonable. There's also air conditioning and heating, The places where I live don't have any of these things.

The Attendant does a great job with full service laundry. No public restroom. Ownership could do a better job fixing washers that are out of order. Relatively safe location for children.

Lots of machines, with HUGE OR MEGA LOAD machines for comforters, etc! All the closer parking spots taken, but not too bad a haul with help or youth on your side.

Lots of machines coin and card operated. Wifi, two industrial sized washers for bedspreads rugs etc. Lots of triple load washer and dryers. $12.00 to do 3 separate loads including drying. Or $4.00 for three loads done at once. They have staff on duty for assistance.

I visited several local laundromats searching for a facility that had mega size machines for our King comforters & heavy mink blankets. I was very pleased to meet
EMPLOYEE NATALIE
who graciously offered suggestions to aid in using the machines for best results. When I returned to wash, she personally assisted (I asked for help) again. I appreciated her skill & knowledge, but more appreciate her kindness in customer service. EXCELLENT!
Lawrence Laundromat is very clean, obviously run by professionals with a variety of machines& amenities for every need. Credit card user friendly, cost reasonable enough when you compare & consider what all they provide ~ clean, folding tables, comfy seating & more.
CUSTOMER SERVICE A+++
Thank you to Natalie!

I will drive 30 miles to this particular laundromat. And i do so every weekend. It is the cleanest and most efficient place to have my laundry cleaned. If you really think it is bad, come to Ottawa Ks and see what this city has to offer. I am repulsed by what we have I wish the owner of this laundromat would open one here.

Natalie was a wonderful help and very sweet. The facility is clean and gives a variety of options for your laundry needs! I saved $10 this round compared to other laundry mats. Good seating, a play area for children, ATM machine, and two change dispensers. The dryers are large and cheap! I look forward to coming back.

I have honestly never been one to take the time to review companies, but after Lawrence Laundromat provided me with the most genuine customer service I have ever experienced to date - I feel compelled. This had been my first time using a laundromat, but after asking their manager for help, I was blown away by her level of professionalism and consideration. She and the company owner went above & beyond with assisting me and ensuring every single one of my questions and concerns were met. Every machine was clean; every station was tidy; every amenity was provided. Aside from the spotless facility and other thoughtful touches, the kindness Lawrence Laundromat’s owners & staff exude to their patrons speaks volumes. I will certainly be a repeat customer and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know.

Updating my previous rating, the issue with this laundromat is the patronage. The staff is wonderful! I thought there was an issue with the dryer i was using after i kept having to restart it. Come to find out My dryer kept getting shut off by the other patrons and my items were removed from the dryer while still wet. The staff made it right by putting my time back on the dryers and helping me get everything dried in a timely fashion.

Took my bedding in to wash yesterday and it came out of the washer with brown sludge all over it. Called the owner and he was very respectful and helpful over the phone. They refunded my money immediately and Natalie, the attendant, personally removed the stains and even went so far as to notice what detergent I had used and rewash my bedding with that detergent before drying and folding it nicely at no extra cost to me. She was very knowledgeable and kindly explained steps I could take to avoid issues in the future. All in all they were extremely professional and helpful

Clean, great location, fast and free wi-fi, single, double, and triple washers - reasonably priced. Didn't need a dryer, but they looked awesome as well.
Great hours to fit any schedule, change and detergent machines that actually work. Looks like most, if not all washers and dryers operate on either cash or card.
Really couldn't ask for much more in a laundromat.

Clean laundromat, with options to pay with quartera or debit card. Small toy room for children with books, as well as vending machines, crane game, and gumball machines.
Plenty of folding tables and laundry carts, as well as massage chairs while you wait.
Air conditioned, and very well lit. Big parking lot.

My dryer's busted, so here I am at Lawrence Laundromat like in the good old days. Still the best laundromat in town. It's well-maintained and the staff are helpful, good people. It's not 24/7 like it used to be, but 5am-midnight is nothing to complain about. I just wish the pinball machine was in working order. I used to spend as much on the arcade as I did washing my clothes!

EDIT: The pinball machine is working again! Really makes the time fly.

Washers and dryers worked great! Really nice laundromat except the bathrooms have a horrid smell and really need a deep clean. Also, 2 of the arcade games didnt work...1 took my money.

If you have to do laundry at a laundromat, this is one of the best place to go. Free wifi, televisions everywhere with close caption and volume, pinball machines, mechanized kiddie rides, and of course washers and dryers of all sizes. I took the three load washer for $5.00 and the dryer only took $1.25. I had one large load with 3 pairs of jeans amongst other items and it cost $6.25. My clothes came out great! There's a pizza shop next door too. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The facilities are generally well kept and clean, and there are machines that take card as well as coin. I have had my clothes removed from a machine by a worker who needed the same one for the laundry service they do, but I mostly attribute that to being late to the end of my cycle.

Nobody likes going to the laundromat, but this place works and is the best in Lawrence.

There are more than enough washer and dryers to choose from, so there is no wait. Also, they each come in a wide range of sizes so you don't have to use 4 separate washers to get the job done. All the times I've been there (early morning, afternoon or midnight) it has been quiet. The free wifi here keeps you entertain until you need to leave.

Best laundromat in Lawrence, hands-down. Open 24/7 and the staff are very friendly, helpful and hard-working. The machines are reliable, the building is clean and there's even a decent arcade. I drive here from Eudora to do my laundry, even though there's a laundromat in Eudora.

Really love this place. Super kind staff, great selection of clean washers and dryers, and one never has to wait for a washer or dryer (if you're at school and forced to wait on washers and dryers that are dirty and broken AKA Haskell). I'm taking one star away because I remember your internet being super good, high speed, but now it's extremely slow and you can't do anything with it. I used to play video games with it or just browse the web on my laptop, but unfortunately now that's near to impossible with the slow internet. Other than that, awesome place!

As a few people have pointed out, some of their newer machines are pricier, but they also have a few slightly cheaper options. It's worth the few extra quarters for a better laundromat experience. Other places in Lawrence have active infestations, feel dangerous, or have defective machines - I'm willing to pay an extra dollar or so for that tradeoff. It's also really handy that they're open 24/7. A few other highlights: on-site ATM, coin changer, regular cleaning schedule, new machines, televisions with remotes.
Another reviewer said to bring headphones, and I second that advice. It can get a little loud, but compared to other places, there's more designated seating for people. There are also arcade games (functional ones!) and vending machines. There's also a bus stop that's right in front of this mall, so it's a little more convenient for those without cars.

I love this place. Lots of the machines take cards, which is ridiculously convenient. One of my least fav things about doing laundry is having to find quarters.
I also like that there are different siZed machines. Not sure if this is typical for laundromats, but here you can choose machines that wash single, double or triple loads. There are probably other sizes too.
It’s also clean. They’ve got wipes so you can clean off the tables and racks before using them. They maintain it well so there’s not a bunch of grime about, or trash on the floor.
This is the first laundromat I’ve used in over three years. I don’t see any reason to try anywhere else.

CLEAN

24 HOURS A DAY ACCESS

I drive from Olathe - with 3 children (4mon - 8yrs) to use their front loads to wash our bedding... I've been doing this since Feb 2014 - we are now in April 2017 ...

Olathe laundromats have bedbugs & roaches (you can actually see them on the walls & floors & INSIDE the washers/dryers) & I'll sleep in bedding needing washed years ago BEFORE using a facility with active bedbugs & roaches SO you best believe I load up & drive out -

2 bathrooms 3 telly a video game room & vending machines - the washers/dryers even take credit cards !!!!

I love the Miss. (Leslie ... Natalie ) sorry I can't honestly recall her name BUT she's a real sweetie & I'm happy owner employed her

Lawrence is full of homeless (college dropouts etc) SO it ISN'T uncommon for a couple to hang out in the facility nor for someone to 'bathe' in the loo sinks - but they keep to themselves & have always cleaned up (maybe because a mum of 3 is there & they don't wanna leave it grungy ?? WHEN I addressed the Miss of it she was fully aware [not much you can do, 24/7 security cost too much] & was shocked that the loo was clean "THEY CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS ... ah you usually DON'T get that ... water everywhere & the entire roll of paper towels gone & the roll of toilet paper ... they steal the toilet paper" )

I love how this facility ALSO OFFERS Lysol wipes - folding tables AREN'T clean & this location is the very first laundromat I've ever been to ( I'm 31) THAT provided wipes - I actually took mine back out to the car !!!

I LOVE this laundromat - I drive 40min one way to use it & I'd drive further if needed (only CLEAN & monies worth facility [dryers don't work etc] in a 1hr radius of Olathe)

Best attended late at night, or you'll run into a LOT of other folks trying to do their laundry!

This is probably one of the better laundromats in town. Tons of machines, from double-load to 10-load sizes (might be some bigger ones, too). We typically use the 8-load machine, which fits 3 full mesh laundry bags, and then divide the wash into two dryers. It takes $10 to wash and $3.50 to dry three laundry bags, which is far cheaper than a lot of other options.

There's a coin machine in the southwest corner, vending machines in the southeast, and arcade games on the north corners. There's also a massage chair, a pretty good number of TVs on the south side of the room, and plenty of seating.

Bring your headphones. It would be 5 stars, but there really aren't any rules. Kids run around, people blast their cell phones, the TVs are blasting out the volume. That being said, the machines are top notch.

Attendant there very late, constantly cleaning! Very clean and had new machines! Dryers were very efficient and the people were friendly! Prices were slightly higher than in Lee's Summit, MO where I'm from but not ridiculous!

This laundromat was very clean, and all of the machines appeared to be in good condition!
